The Carterton District Historical Society gathers, records and shares information about Carterton District’s heritage.

They contribute to raising and sharing the profile of Carterton’s heritage through public displays, events and publications.

Their mission is to collect and preserve records and artefacts of the Carterton District and to foster community awareness and understanding of the history of our district.

Carterton Office Business Hours: Tueday & Thursday – 2pm to 4pm.
