Employment Connections

About Employment Connections

“Community Connections – Te Hapori Awhina Tangata, is a community-based service which provides services for young people and adults with disabilities and their families.  These services include:

  • Supported Living
  • Te Pou Hononga (24/7)
  • Employment Connections (Employment and Transistion from Schools)
  • Everyday Networks (peer support groups in the community)

Employment connections support people with health or disability based barriers to employment while incorporating the Mana Waiora framework into our work.  We work holistically with people we support, getting to know them and collaborating with them in a person driven way to place them into employment that matches their skills.

  • Customised Employment
  • Ongoing Support

Masterton Office Business Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 4pm.
